Martin Frederick, Coach of the German Shooting and Archery federation: “There was not enough time between the Worldcup in Antalya and our national qualifications. Therefore I think it is better to give our shooters, who have participated in the international event in Turkey some more days of rest before they have to face the decisive competitions.”

The World Championships will be held in Leipzig on July 7-15 at the Festwiese in Leipzig. The German Shooting and Archery Federation expects more than 500 shooters from all over the world. This championships will be the main qualifications for the Olympic games 2008 in Beijing.
